Course Information

All participants are trained to Yellow Belt level in the Lean Six Sigma methodology and are also led through a coaching program with practical application of the learning to solve a real problem for their organisation.

The time commitment is roughly 2 hours per week during this 12 week program.

On completion, participants receive a full Yellow Belt Practitioner Certificate.
