This is our introductory level course that will lead to a Yellow Belt qualification in lean Six Sigma. In this course we cover all aspects of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement.

The course is based on over 20 years of involvement in CI with people from a large variety of companies from small businesses to large corporations and public sector organisations.
